Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth in a circular motion, gently massaging your gums. Rinse your mouth with a small amount of water, holding it for 20-30 seconds before spitting.


Warnings: For children aged 6 years and younger: use a pea-size amount on a supervised brush to minimise swallowing. If fluoride is used from other sources, consult your dentist or doctor. Close the tube immediately after use. Discontinue use if allergic reactions occur.
