MODERN ROOTS
MAJOURI founder Hadi Masmoum comes from a family of perfume merchants in the world's oldest capital, Damascus. in 2017, he created MAJOURI, to bring heritage up to date.
Hadi Masmoum has a passion for the South of France, where he studied perfumery in Grasse. He fell in love with the light there, a light that is typical of the entire Mediterranean basin, where both the Rose de Grasse and the Rose of Damascus are grown.
Name MAJOURI - is a tribute to this shared experience, which combines the Arabic word "Maa" for water and the word "Jouri" for the damask rose.

MAJOURI perfumes are made in France - from the scent inside to the sensation in the hand.
The fragrances are created and developed based on the art of French perfumery. In close collaboration with the prestigious noses of Grasse (France), Hadi Masmoum opens a dialogue. He encourages the freedom of expression of each perfumer and invites them to interpret their olfactory sensations with a uniquely French approach.
MAJOURI the perfume bottle is also a cross-dialogue: in a style of architectural proportions and textural motifs, with a warm golden cap like the rising or setting sun, its glass body radiates brightness and purity. It is produced in collaboration with Pochet du Courval, France's most prestigious luxury perfume bottle maker, founded in the early 1600s.
