MODERN ROOTS

MAJOURI founder Hadi Masmoum comes from the perfume merchants of the world's oldest capital, Damascus. in 2017, he created MAJOURI to bring heritage up to date.

Hadi Masmoum has a passion for Southern France, where he studied perfumery in Grasse. He fell in love with the light there, a light that is typical of the entire Mediterranean basin, where both the Rose de Grasse and the Rose of Damascus are grown.

The name MAJOURI is a tribute to this shared experience, combining the Arabic word "Maa" for water and "Jouri" for the Damask rose.

MAJOURI - it is an olfactory encounter where passion meets perspective and the past meets the future.

MAJOURI perfumes are made in France, from the scent inside to the sensation in the hand.

The perfumes are created and perfected based on the art of French perfumery. Working closely with the prestigious noses of Grasse (France), Hadi Masmoum opens a dialogue. He encourages the freedom of expression of each perfumer and invites a uniquely French approach to interpret his olfactory sensations.

MAJOURI The perfume bottle is also a cross-dialogue: in a style of architectural proportions and textural motifs, with a warm gold cap like a rising or a setting sun, its glass body radiates brightness and purity. Made in collaboration with Pochet du Courval, France's most prestigious luxury perfumer, founded in the early 1600s,

From the very beginning, MAJOURI perfume bottles have been designed to be endlessly refillable. They can be refilled at home using refills sold separately or in MAJOURI individual boutiques using a branded fragrance "fountain".
