Turn the sticks frequently (1-2 times a day) to intensify the scent. To reduce the intensity of the scent, you can only flip a few sticks at a time.

Room size and air currents, direct sunlight and high temperatures are all factors that can accelerate evaporation and thus shorten the duration of the scent.
